How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. We'll notify you immediately if your order is cancelled and process any refunds accordingly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free standard delivery on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

USA orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days. For weekend delivery, place your order by Tuesday 4:00 PM Pacific Time.

Do you deliver on weekends?

No, we do not offer Saturday delivery or next-day delivery services. Our standard delivery operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the USA, excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, and Virgin Islands.

Who are your delivery partners?

We use trusted carriers including Parcel Force, FedEx, and UPS. We select the best carrier for your region - carrier choice is not available.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, all deliveries require a signature. If you're not available, the carrier will leave a notification card for re-delivery or depot collection.

What if I miss my delivery?

You can arrange a re-delivery or collect your package from the local carrier depot using the notification card left by the driver.

Who pays for customs and taxes?

You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipping.

Can you deliver to a freight forwarder?

We do not take responsibility for deliveries to shipping companies or freight forwarders. Such deliveries are at your own risk.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You can return any full-price, unworn item with original tags within 28 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

How do I return an item?

Follow the instructions on the return sheet included with your order. If you've lost it, contact houseofcbshop@gmail.com for assistance.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items can only be refunded via store credit for use in our online store.

Which promotional items can't be returned?

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • "3 for $240" deals (all currencies)
  • $68 sale items
  • "5 for $150" promotions

How long do refunds take?

We process refunds within 2-3 working days of receiving your return. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Can I exchange items?

Yes, you can exchange full-price items for any size or product (subject to stock). We offer up to 2 exchanges per item within 28 days.

Do you cover exchange shipping costs?

No, return shipping for exchanges is your responsibility. However, we send the replacement item to you at no charge.

Can I return items to your stores?

Yes, our stores accept returns of online purchases. Concession stores only accept returns of items purchased at that specific location.

What if I return an item after 28 days?

We cannot accept returns beyond 28 days. Late returns may be sent back to you.
